International Spare Parts Product Manager
We are seeking an International Spare Parts Product Manager to lead global supplier development, optimize sourcing channels, and drive strategic pricing and product portfolio decisions. This role plays a critical part in ensuring cost‑effective, high‑quality, and timely procurement of spare parts through strong supplier management and data‑driven decision‑making.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize global supplier networks; integrate existing suppliers and expand new sourcing channels
- Lead negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality, and delivery performance
- Establish pricing strategies, manage cost optimization, and control sourcing risks
- Manage and analyze spare parts data; ensure ERP (AX/SAP) data accuracy and system integrity
- Oversee procurement operations, order execution, delivery accuracy, and after‑sales issue resolution
- Build and maintain long‑term supplier partnerships; conduct performance evaluations and corrective actions
- Collaborate with suppliers in Korea, Japan, and other key regions; secure exclusive or strategic agreements
- Lead new spare parts development and manage RFQ processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations; drive continuous process improvement
- Support cross‑functional teams and contribute to departmental initiatives
- Negotiate payment terms and establish strategic procurement contracts
🎯 Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in spare parts sourcing or related fields
- Proven experience negotiating with suppliers in Asia (Korea, Japan, etc.)
- Strong ERP experience (AX, SAP) and data management skills
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
Preferred
- Procurement or logistics certifications
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Experience in marine engine or auxiliary engine industries
- Leadership experience and strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
