- Funktion Projekt-Controller & Scheduler einschl. Cost-Controlling, Risk- und Changemanagement
- Übertragung der Projektstruktur in die Management-Tools sowie Führung des anschließenden Planning
- Durchführen und Abstimmen der Planung bzw. Forecasts in Bezug auf den Projektstatus (Kosten, Mengen, Fortschritt, Terminplan)
- Erstellen, Anpassen und Aktualisieren von Projektterminplänen mit Projektmanagement-Tools
- Erstellen des Reportings für Projektkosten und -termine, Erstellen von Kosten-, Abweichungs- und Strukturanalysen
- Entscheidungsvorbereitung und Beratung des Project Managers
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projekt-Controlling (cost, risk/change management, reporting) für sehr komplexe Projekte
- Kenntnisse in SAP, MS Project, MS Office
- Hohe Kommunikationskompetenz (u.a. eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Workshops für Terminplanung, Abfragen des Fortschritt)
- Hohe Kompetenz in der Datenanalyse
- Durchschnittlich 2 Tage vor Ort in Schwarzheide
