Engineering Project Support
Contract Length: 3 months
Location: Toronto, Ontario.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day
On‑Site Position
Position Overview
The Engineering Project Support role provides administrative, organizational, and logistical support to the Engineering team. This position assists with project documentation, coordination activities, and day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience or have a relevant Master’s entry-level qualification.

This position assists with project documentation, coordination activities, and day‑to‑day operational tasks to ensure smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities
Project Documentation & Coordination
- Document project progress including installation, commissioning, legal requirements, and closeout activities.
- Assist with safety coordination and maintain all related documentation.
- Support the creation and maintenance of Method of Procedure (MOP) documentation.
- Prepare and distribute other project-related documents as needed.
- Develop templates for commissioning documentation forms.
- Maintain electronic documentation standards and ensure proper storage protocols are followed.
- Perform minor administrative tasks such as labels, printouts, and correspondence.
- Manage material logistics and oversee site stock levels.
- Coordinate deliveries to and from project sites.
- Conduct new worker site orientations.
- Assist with travel arrangements, meeting minutes, and general administrative duties for the Engineering team.
