Equipment Operator – Job Description Location: Windsor, Colorado (Field-Based)

About the Role The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable field services. This role supports service delivery by preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment, ensuring accurate job execution, and promoting safety across all operations. Key Responsibilities

About the Role The Equipment Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable field services. This role supports service delivery by preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment, ensuring accurate job execution, and promoting safety across all operations. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and completed on time.
- Participate in pre-job and toolbox meetings with crew members.
- Maintain equipment in safe working order and report issues.
- Ensure the safety of self and crew during all operations.
- Prepare equipment for rig-up and rig-down activities.
- Operate equipment according to competency level and job requirements.
- Follow all HSE policies and wear required PPE.
- Maintain required safety and technical training.
- Field-based, onshore environment.
- Heavy driver classification.
- Standard 40-hour work week; additional hours may vary.
- Ability to work in a field-based industrial environment.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Ability to participate in safety meetings and follow procedures.
- Willingness to complete required training at designated centers.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in physically demanding conditions.
- Strong communication and situational awareness.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
