Job Title: Field Engineer (Infrastructure & Power)

Support scope detailed below –
- Provide directions for the day-to-day operations and monitoring of the ILA sites Power & mechanical components such as FM200, Access Control, CCTV, Water Leakage Detection etc.
- Facility vendor/Contractor supervision.
- Ensure proper and effective housekeeping within the facility.
- Second level troubleshooting and resolution of Mechanical and Electrical related faults relating to Generators, Chillers, HPAC/CRAC units, secondary Pumps, Extractor fans, UPS, AVR etc.
- Ability to use basic test tools like Digital multimeter, clamp Tester & Ground Tester
- Technical site survey, Implementation, and completion of PAT processes for new service, including quality check.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and address complex technical requirements.
- Timely updates of network documentation, such as newly provisioned services, re-engineered services, and network modifications.
- Support cable lay and terminations at designated PoPs – ensuring standardized cable management on all racks.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on the core nodes to ensure network reliability and consistent up time.
- Resolving customer complaints: Troubleshooting with GNOC/L2/L3 team; Visiting customers' locations and POP for troubleshooting; Working with fiber vendors to diagnose fiber faults and resolve them; Work with the TX/IP L2/L3 team to troubleshoot performance-related issues that might require reconfiguration, provide remote support, and network availability and Provide L1/L2 support on metro network across the region
