We are seeking a motivated and experienced Finance Professional (f/m/d) to join our Financial Execution Team for Compression Projects. In this role, you will ensure successful financial controlling of projects from handovers to completion, driving project success and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This position combines Project Controlling and Cost Center Controlling, offering opportunities to lead process improvements, standardize reporting, and drive digitalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project financial controlling for the portfolio, including cost recognition, forecasting, and reporting, in support of Commercial Project Managers.
- Drive standardized processes, including cross-location WBS harmonization and portfolio reporting.
- Lead digitalization initiatives to streamline and enhance reporting tools across locations.
- Ensure clear, consistent, and timely financial reporting to deliver transparency and accurate forecasting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—Project Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Operations, and Finance—to align project goals with business objectives.
- Act as the interface between controlling and projects, ensuring alignment and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support project success and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Extensive experience in finance within project management or sales environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Passion for simplifying and digitizing processes for project controlling and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
