Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the local finance function for a well‑established international organisation. This role covers financial control, statutory and group reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership, with close collaboration across the business.

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the local finance function for a well‑established international organisation. This role covers financial control, statutory and group reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership, with close collaboration across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations including AP, AR, GL, and tax
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
- Prepare monthly management and group reporting in line with IFRS
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations
- Coordinate year‑end close and work with external auditors
- Prepare statutory financial statements and audit packages
- Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
- Support management with financial analysis and business insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance, including team leadership
- Strong knowledge of VAS, tax, and IFRS reporting
- Solid understanding of financial control, reporting, and analysis
- ERP system experience (SAP or similar) is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, hands‑on mindset, and ability to work independently
- Confident communicator with the ability to work across functions
