In the role of GIS Analyst you will support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of GIS solutions across the business. This role is responsible for delivering high‑quality mapping products, managing spatial data, supporting field data collection, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of GIS datasets within our enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high‑quality GIS products and solutions, including mapping, analysis, and spatial data management.
- Manage the acquisition, verification, storage, and maintenance of GIS spatial datasets and associated metadata.
- Handle complex mapping requests and provide map creation support to asset teams.
- Perform data conversions, QA checks, and identify automation opportunities to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
- Configure and support field data collection tools such as ArcGIS Field Maps and Survey123.
- Validate and integrate field‑collected data into enterprise GIS systems.
- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and information owners.
- Provide end‑user support, documentation, and training to increase capability and adoption of GIS tools.
- Assist users in optimising their GIS project files for better performance.
- Raise awareness of available GIS tools, processes, and best practices.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to identify, develop, and implement GIS technologies and enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and actively participate in GIS communities of practice.
- Promote and uphold GIS standards, processes, and best‑practice approaches.
