Benefits

- $40/hr + super
- Perth CBD
- Full time, Monday to Friday
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Quick to adapt and learn new HR systems and processes
- Skilled at managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads effectively
- Professional approach to handling confidential information
- Maintain accurate employee and contractor records, including personnel folders and trackers
- Prepare employee correspondence such as Change of Condition letters
- Assist with onboarding processes for contractors and full-time hires ensuring compliance with pre-employment requirements
- Monitor recruitment inbox, respond to queries, and track communications promptly
- Support HR system enhancements through User Acceptance Testing and related activities
