NES Fircroft is recruiting an experienced HR Officer to join our Global Oil and Gas EPCI Client. This role will be on an initial 12 month fixed term contract and will be based in Karratha on a 19:9 roster.

Location: FIFO or Residential  
Contract: 12 months (possibility of extension)
Rate: On expectation
Other Benefits: Fortnightly pay, EAP contractor support, dedicated NES Fircroft consultant

About you:
  • 4+ years in a similar role
  • Ability to work on a 19:9 rotation to site (Karratha)
  • Qualification in Human Resources Management (Diploma or Bachelor)
  • Experience working in a project environment
Role responsibility:
  • Ensure administrative and contractual administration, planning, scheduling and
  • all HR requirements for local and seconded personnel (expatriates and inpatriates) according to the law
  • Ensure personnel management and administration activities, including drafting of the employment contract, according to national and international laws, labour agreements and trade union agreements
  • Ensure the fulfilment of individual contract obligations; Conduct site inductions
  • Ensure the availability of the appropriate files for the accounting of personnel costs
  • Ensure the management/recording of attendances/absences of personnel (overtime, sickness, holidays etc.)
  • Ensure the management of rotations
  • Ensure the fulfilment of all obligations required for out-of-office assignments business trips (in the home country and abroad)
  • Ensure management of expense claims
  • Ensure the fulfilment of all management and administration obligations preparatory to the expatriation and in patriation of personnel, including the fulfilment of immigration obligations (work permits, visas etc.)
  • Ensure the uploading of information to company IT systems and guarantee the correctness and availability of data regarding resources
  • Process and analyse the actual, forecast and balance sheet labour cost;
  • Assist with recruitment process and management of HR plan and reporting.
