Seeking an HSE Advisor/Specialist to support a construction project team through field safety leadership, coaching, and assurance activities.

Summary
Seeking an HSE Advisor/Specialist to support a construction project team through field safety leadership, coaching, and assurance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HSE leadership and promote a Serious Incident and Fatality (SIF) prevention culture.
- Coach construction crews on safe work practices, permitting, and high‑risk safeguards.
- Support Operations and Start-Up HSE readiness activities.
- Participate in contractor safety meetings and field verification activities.
- Assist with JSAs, toolbox talks, audits, and start‑work checks.
- Support emergency response drills, incident response, and investigations.
- Contribute to safety metrics and periodic HSE reporting.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently across multiple teams.
- 10+ years HSE experience in building construction; major project experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, safe work practices, contractor management, incident investigation, and construction safety.
