HVAC Area Engineer – 3D Design 
 
Contract period: 04.05.2026 - 31.12.2027
Location: Bergen

Main tasks:
  • 3D modelling of HVAC systems using tools such as Aveva E3D.
  • Designing ventilation ducts, piping, and technical rooms in accordance with applicable standards and project specifications.
  • Responsibility for the assigned HVAC area in the project, including monitoring design progress and quality.
  • Preparation of drawings, isometrics, modelling reports, and MTO lists.
  • Interdisciplinary coordination to ensure clash free and optimised design.
  • Participate in 3D model reviews and perform required design updates.
  • Contribute to technical clarifications, solutions, and decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC, energy, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years work experience.
  • Experience with 3D design in large technical projects, preferably within oil & gas, energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
  • Knowledge of relevant standards (NORSOK, ISO, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Experience with modelling tools such as E3D.
  • Strong technical understanding and ability to work independently and structured.
  • Good communication skills in English (and preferably Norwegian).

  • AT / SJA 
  • Offshore certificate
