IAM Cloud Strategy Delivery Senior Project Manager - 6 months Contract – Gentofte, Denmark
Hybrid – 4 days on site, 1 day remote
Must be eligible to work in Denmark
30 hours per week

My client’s cybersecurity compliance programme leads safeguarding responsibilities for NIS2 & NIS CAF Enhanced Profile & drive the organizational change & the gap remediation based on second line (Corporate Information Security) & first line (local controls) assessments, to ensure compliance. A range of compliance gaps have been identified across my client’s business areas, where major remediations activities are orchestrated through a combined IT & Generation Remediation programme. A critical component is delivery of compliance-ready Identity & Access Management (IAM) capabilities, specifically IGA, to Enterprise IT.
IAM Cloud Strategy Delivery Senior Project Manager Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise in successfully leading large-scale, complex cybersecurity projects involving multiple tracks & stakeholders. Proficiency in developing & executing cross-organizational projects. Solid stakeholder management competences & experience, with ability to navigate in complex stakeholder landscapes with many decision makers, as well as collaborate & build consensus among different stakeholder groups. Demonstrated history of effectively designing, implementing, & overseeing technical cybersecurity control implementations, & relevant certifications related to the domain such as CISM, CISSP, or similar. A good understanding of cybersecurity regulations & its implications. Demonstrated history of effectively designing, implementing, & overseeing IAM-specific activities, including global MFA solutions (& access policies), IdPs (EntraID & similar). Good conceptual understanding of IAM domains (AM, IGA, PAM). Strong ability within organizational change management, to support the organizational wide implementation of IAM capabilities, spanning across multiple business units & organizational levels. Lead & guide the project team, sub-projects, stakeholders, senior management, executive team, & impacted teams. Adapt to changing regulatory landscapes, evolving cybersecurity threats & an organization in transformation.
