Schedule: Primarily 3 PM–11 PM (must be flexible to start earlier or stay later as needed)
Pay Rate: Up to $34.50/hr
Employment Type: Full‑time, onsite

About the Role We are seeking an Inventory Operations Specialist to support inventory accuracy, product flow, and financial integrity across a high‑volume manufacturing and warehousing operation. In this role, you will ensure that all material movements—from production to shipping and receiving—are recorded correctly, timely, and in alignment with internal controls.

This position plays a vital role in linking operational activities with accurate costing and accounting data. You’ll work closely with production teams, warehouse staff, and site leadership to troubleshoot discrepancies, validate system records, and support continuous process improvement.

This role is part of an onsite operating crew and primarily supports the evening/night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date inventory, costing, and accounting records tied to daily plant operations.
  • Validate, post, and reconcile transactions within the site’s inventory management system (SAP preferred).
  • Investigate variances between physical counts and system data; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Track material movements to ensure compliance with established company controls and audit requirements.
  • Support safety, environmental, and security programs across the site.
  • Partner with multiple departments—including production, warehousing, and shipping/receiving—to support daily operational decision‑making.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • SAP proficiency strongly preferred, especially within inventory management modules.
  • Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis capabilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret trends and resolve discrepancies.
  • Highly detail‑oriented and process‑driven.
  • Ability to collaborate across operations, accounting, and logistics functions.
