About the Role We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to join a major ICT and Data & Analytics project in Jubail. This role focuses on telecommunications systems and network integration, ensuring robust and efficient solutions for critical industrial operations.

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Application Analyst to join a major ICT and Data & Analytics project in Jubail. This role focuses on telecommunications systems and network integration, ensuring robust and efficient solutions for critical industrial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Planning: Structure and prioritize business requirements, assist in requirement gathering, system design, and draft functional specifications.
- Technical Expertise: Provide recommendations for system improvements, identify necessary modifications, and collaborate with Project Leaders and ICT teams to deliver consistent solutions.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to IT standards, company policies, and procedures throughout development.
- Reporting & Communication: Prepare status reports and deliver presentations during weekly management meetings.
- Flexibility: Maintain a proactive attitude for any additional tasks required by ICT Management.

- Experience: 5–10 years in ICT project management or application analysis within telecommunications and network integration.
- Strong technical background in system design and functional specification drafting.
- Excellent organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
