Application Deployment Project Specialist – 12 Months Contract – Jubail, Saudi

On site 5 days per week

Required - Level of expertise: Advanced Management (5 to 10 years of experience in required technical field). Fluent in English. Digital Twin. Authoring Tools. Stakeholder management, roadmaps, project quality, scope, schedule, costs, risks.  Vendor Management. Risk Management. Telecommunication Systems & Network integration. Assessing the quality of existing data & documents (audit, cleansing, enrichment)


Coordination of stakeholders to ensure project quality, scope, schedule, cost, & risk alignment with roadmaps.

Responsibilities include coordinating resources & vendors (normally under responsibility of integrator), ensuring projects are on-time & within budget, developing project scopes & objectives, ensuring resource availability, tracking progress, managing changes, measuring performance, reporting to management, managing stakeholder relationships, performing risk management, & maintaining project documentation.

Application Deployment Project Specialist shall have the objective to:

1. Analysis & Scoping
  • Mapping PMT data sources needs
  • Defining the scope of documentation to migrate (document types, formats, history, etc.)
  • Assessing the quality of existing data & documents (audit, cleansing, enrichment)

2. Structuring & Preparation
  • Setting up a document hierarchy
  • Defining metadata, naming conventions, & access rights
  • Creating templates & user guides for contributors

3. Migration & Validation
  • Extracting documents & data from PMT tools
  • Transforming & adapting formats for compatibility with my clients tools
  • Loading into document spaces, quality control, & validation by business referents

4. Training & Support
  • Training sessions for users on new tools & processes
  • Providing user guides, FAQs, & technical support

5. Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Tracking migration indicators (progress, quality, incidents)
  • Collecting user feedback & improving tools/processes
