We’re looking for a talented Lead Engineer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will guide the creation of final engineering designs for surface wellhead and tree systems, working closely with global teams to deliver high‑quality, customer-focused solutions.

What you’ll do:
- Lead the development of final engineering designs and technical documentation
- Produce detailed drawings, calculations, BOMs, and engineering packages
- Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Apply deep technical knowledge to solve complex design challenges
- Collaborate across global functions to support successful project delivery
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Petroleum preferred)
- 5+ years’ design engineering experience in surface pressure control equipment
- Strong expertise with surface wellhead/Christmas tree products and API standards
- Experience with 3D/2D CAD modelling
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project coordination skills
