Work Location: Mall of Asia, Pasay City

Scope: Responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, and safety of corporate office facilities. Oversees building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical), implements preventive maintenance programs, manages contractors and vendors, ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and supports space planning and facility improvement projects to maintain a safe, efficient, and cost-effective work environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • Licensed Engineer (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in facilities or building management, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Experience in vendor management, budgeting, and preventive maintenance planning
  • Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
