We are currently recruiting a Maintenance and Reliability Lead (Operational Readiness Assurance) for a Major Global Energy Operator to manage the delivery of the Maintenance Reliability Turn Around (MRTA) content for the greenfield and brownfield project on a contract until 31st July 2027.
This position will cover the role of Subject Matter Focal Point for maintenance execution on a Not Normally Manned (NNM) facility & the successful candidate is expected to be a seasoned professional with sufficient skill and competency to communicate with and guide the key stakeholders, within or outside the client.

Key accountabilities for the position are:
- Drive the EPCI contract to completion and ensure all OR&A MRTA deliverables are addressed to meet facility Operations and Maintenance Philosophy.
- Deliver a Asset Care Plan that will fit the maintenance organization.
- Deliver ongoing support for Maintenance Management Process and Procedures.
- Deliver ongoing support for Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS, SAP-PM, SAP-MM).
- Deliver Inspection Management Systems and Integrity Verification Procedures.
- Deliver Contracts where necessary for long term Maintenance and Discipline training
- Provide technical support for 1st call maintenance items and facilitate the feedback system for improvements on the asset care plan.
- Resolve execution issues as they arise by resolving scoping conflicts and/or ambiguity in engineering documentation.
- Provide support for initial run and maintain activities including diagnosing root cause for early equipment failures and putting recovery plans in place.
- Act as the key focal for receiving site feedback on maintenance performance and using this to improve the asset care plan during early operations.
- Not Normally Manned Operations present several unique and exciting challenges such as how to effectively design and implement remote Operations and Maintenance through minimizing offshore maintenance requirements and fitting to a schedule of campaign style asset care.
The position will require strong technical, communication and collaboration skills working with multiple stakeholders and as such, experience and qualification should include:
- Higher technical qualification or equal
- Seasoned professional with a lengthy background in Production and Maintenance Operations, experience in an integrated gas asset is favorable.
- Demonstrable experience in remote or NNM Operations and Maintenance is favorable.
- Conversant with OR Discipline Delivery Plans (DDP) with extensive knowledge of Project Completions, Construction, Commissioning practices and procedures.
- In-depth knowledge of the SEAM Manage Asset Care (MAC) Process
- Goal oriented with strong delivery focused mindset and ability to drive activities to completion
