Maintenance Specialist – Driving Reliability & Strategic Maintenance
Join our Maintenance & Engineering department and play a key role in aligning maintenance strategies with global standards. As a Maintenance Specialist, you’ll ensure seamless integration of asset performance management (APM) actions into standardized work processes, boosting consistency and reliability across the enterprise.

As a Maintenance Specialist, you’ll ensure seamless integration of asset performance management (APM) actions into standardized work processes, boosting consistency and reliability across the enterprise.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience with APM tools (ASM/ASI) and maintenance strategy development
- Strong working knowledge of the Global Reference Library (GRL)
- Ability to translate and integrate APM actions into Standardized Work (SW)
- Sharp attention to data quality, QA controls, and governance frameworks
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- SAP and ERD tool experience
- Knowledge of governance and reporting in maintenance projects
- Experience in continuous improvement initiatives
- Degree or diploma in Engineering, Reliability, or related field
- 3+ years in maintenance strategy or asset performance management
