Resident Service Representative / Technician & Defect Analyst 12‑Week Assignment | Potential Extension
Pay Rate: $23/hour
Location (All Positions): Arlington, TX

Shift Availability Resident Service Representatives / Technicians (3 roles):

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Defect Analyst (1 role):

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Position Summary Performs day‑to‑day operation and monitoring of industrial systems to ensure proper data collection, water quality, and system performance in accordance with contract requirements. This role supports safe, compliant, and efficient operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Perform daily water quality analysis (pH, conductivity, bacteria, solids testing)
  • Conduct booth balance checks (airflow, temperature/humidity, filtration)
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret system performance data
  • Adjust and modify system settings to maintain proper balance
  • Monitor and adjust chemical feed applications
  • Maintain chemical inventory and coordinate with chemical suppliers
  • Elevate concerns and participate in troubleshooting activities
  • Assist with spare parts and consumables inventory
  • Troubleshoot industrial systems including:
    • Supply and exhaust fans
    • Valve configurations
    • Pump performance and tuning
    • Airflow and water performance
  • Document actions and system changes
  • Generate daily documentation and monthly reports using Microsoft Office
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Access)
Preferred (Not Required):

  • 1–2 years of experience in industrial, mechanical, or equivalent work
Skills & Abilities Language & Communication
  • Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and regulations
  • Ability to draft reports, documentation, and correspondence
  • Strong verbal and written communication with managers, clients, and customers
Computation & Reasoning
  • Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, percentages, ratios)
  • Ability to interpret data and create bar graphs using Microsoft Office
  • Apply common‑sense problem solving to standardized operational issues
  • Basic understanding of industrial systems and processes
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
  • Frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and balancing
  • Must be able to wear a respirator if required
  • Vision requirements include close and distance vision
Equipment Used
  • Chemical feed systems
  • Process pumps and valves
  • Air and water testing equipment
Work Environment
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles
  • Frequent exposure to wet or humid conditions
  • Exposure to hazardous and non‑hazardous chemicals
  • Work near high‑voltage systems and vibration
  • Occasional outdoor work and work in elevated or precarious areas
