Responsibility:
• Supervise team to achieve the core purposes.
• Allocate team member(s) to projects and support to achieve project specific targets
• Lead solving critical problems, working with other key functions
• Train team members to acquire right skills and knowledge to execute right jobs.
• Update team activity/project status regularly to key stake holders outside of team.
• Negotiate and Determine priorities working with other functional leaders.
• Maintain and improve safety culture among teams.
• Make strategy for new manufacturing capability introduction for long term success
Qualifications:
• Strong leadership skills to help and support team members to do great job.
• Being a great teammate. Learn from the depth of experience your teammates provide, and desire to share your own ideas and experiences.
• Motivated and self-directed team player with good interpersonal skills. Must have ability to reach out, communicate and influence personnel at all levels within the organization.
• Excellent skills in communication and team building as well as problem solving
• Bachelor’s Degree in related technical discipline. Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred.
• Experience in managing team with >5 engineers for >5 years.
