Maintenance Technician
Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with a variety of equipment and collaborate closely with operations and engineering teams to solve problems and keep things moving.

Join our team as a Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work hands-on with a variety of equipment and collaborate closely with operations and engineering teams to solve problems and keep things moving.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and repair equipment – including pumps, motors, valves, compressors, gearboxes, centrifuges, furnaces, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues using tools like vibration analysis and laser alignment.
- Collaborate with teams to diagnose equipment failures and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Use technical resources like blueprints, SAP, and equipment databases to manage repairs and parts.
- Document work and maintain accurate equipment history records.
- Support safety and compliance by following HSSE policies and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Experience with industrial equipment maintenance and repair.
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision tools.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety and continuous learning.
