We are currently recruiting an Offshore Completions Coordinator for a Global Oil & Gas EPC in Western Australia on a 12 month contract to start at the end of April 2026.

- Roster: 3 weeks on, 3 weeks off
- Starting in the Perth CBD Office followed by offshore
- 12 hour days
- Responsible for Completions coordination activities related to offshore scopes, as directed by the Project Superintendent. To facilitate and co-ordinate completion and handover between Contractor and Company teams
- Promote safety as a core value and assist the Project Superintendent with achieving safety performance in line with objectives set by the client
- Ensure that industry standards and Group rules with respect to allocated construction engineering scopes of work are adhered to
- To assist in updating and maintaining the Completion Management System
- To act as focal point for the maintenance and approvals for the project CCLBD
- To track and expedite outstanding work scopes based on project schedule and milestones.
- Receive and manage construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up documentation from the offshore team
- Updates reporting data to track and report for management meetings
- Ensure check sheets in the Work Packs are up to date and reflect what is contained within the project completion system
- Creation of appropriate System Handover Dossiers and preparation of all handover documentation
- Assist in coordination of punch list input and clearance documentation
- Focal point for handover facilitator with client
- PSSR focal point for the project
- Provide input to weekly reports as required
- Provide input to progress reporting as required
- Prepare and update reporting data for internal and external coordination meetings (waterfalls, weekly reports)
- Provide Leadership to achieve HSE behaviours and culture to meet agreed targets
- Interface and support the commissioning and construction groups to achieve all scheduled activities
- Liaise with the onshore support teams to support the offshore campaign
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, in commissioning offshore and/or fabrication yard environment
- Minimum 5 years’ experience using and maintaining a Completions Management System
- Proven track record as a Handover & Completion Engineer or Co-ordinator
