Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or trade certification
preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within oil and gas, industrial, or
process facility operations.
• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance planning, scheduling, or reliability
support.
• Proven experience developing detailed maintenance job plans and work packs in
SAP or similar CMMS.
• Solid understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance practices in a
process facility environment.
• Working knowledge of safety systems, isolation procedures, and permit-to-work
requirements.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in SAP (or comparable CMMS) for work order planning and job pack
creation.
• Ability to build detailed job scopes, material requirements, and labor estimates.
• Strong understanding of rotating equipment, instrumentation, electrical systems,
and process equipment.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical documents.
• Familiarity with maintenance KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies.
Professional Skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic startup environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Scheduling, and Supply Chain
teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to build credibility and maintain strong working relationships with field
personnel.
Preferred Experience
• Experience supporting early-life or startup operations.
• Background working in remote or rotational environments.
• Experience in oil production, drilling operations, processing facilities, or seawater
treatment systems.
• Familiarity with North Slope operations and logistics.
