Role Summary
The Order Fulfilment role is responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end, from order receipt through delivery and final order closure. This role ensures order accuracy, on-time delivery, and high-quality customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient execution of orders and proactive resolution of any issues that may impact delivery performance.

Role Summary
The Order Fulfilment role is responsible for managing customer orders end-to-end, from order receipt through delivery and final order closure. This role ensures order accuracy, on-time delivery, and high-quality customer experience.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure efficient execution of orders and proactive resolution of any issues that may impact delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full order lifecycle from order receipt through invoicing and closure
- Receive, review, and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring all details are accurate and complete
- Validate order information and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with Sales teams
- Perform material management activities including inventory checks, supply availability, and delivery feasibility assessments
- Evaluate and commit to realistic delivery dates based on supply and logistical constraints
- Proactively identify risks such as material shortages, delays, or availability issues and drive mitigation actions
- Partner with Logistics teams to coordinate transportation and delivery requirements
- Ensure strong communication with internal stakeholders to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong SAP experience, preferably in order management or supply chain modules
- Experience in order fulfilment, order management, customer operations, or supply chain execution
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, planning, and warehouse teams
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting LATAM customer operations
- Background in manufacturing, oil & gas, energy, or industrial environments
- Familiarity with export, logistics, or international shipping processes
