Technical Requirements
Provide analytical findings and recommendations related to routine P&PM tasks, including business plan preparation, performance tracking and measurement, and performance analysis and accountability reporting.
Conduct special P&PM-related studies such as the development of performance initiatives and business cases, benchmarking, risk management, design and redesign of measurements, processes and workflows, and information system-related changes.
Perform other related staff and analytical duties as assigned.
Skills Required
Strong communication and presentation skills
Certifications Required
Preference given to candidates with CMA, CFA, CPA, or KPI certification
Preferred Major
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Management Information Systems (MIS)
GPA Scale
For a 4.0 scale GPA: Minimum 2.5/4.0 with relevant experience
For a 5.0 scale GPA: Minimum 3.5/5.0 with relevant experience
Work Experience
5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
