PI Developer Engineer

The Job Holder shall:

• HSE:

• Knowledge of Company HSE policy, rules and procedures (HSE MS) and in particular ISO14001, ISO 50001 standard.
• Application of specific Company HSE policy, rules and procedures
• Participation to HSE activities and global improvement (reporting, REX, audits, Maestro, trainings, action plans...)

• ETHICS & COMPLIANCE:

• Demonstrate full compliance with TotalEnergies code of conduct regarding procurement and business integrity.
• Contribute and promote compliance with the Group and the affiliate’s rules and procedures.
• Follow local HSE regulations, laws, rules, obtains necessary authorization to operate.

• MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Issuance and Creation of PI (Plant Information) tags listing from process information (Process and Instrumentation Diagram, Process Datasheet) based on packages and ICSS communication list issued by EPC CTR and with the input of EPC CTR & HQ PI support team for specific PI configuration parameter
• Contextualize all PI tags using Project documentation : Process and Instrumentation Diagram, Process Datasheet)
• Construction of the main PI AF model and main PI vision dashboards for FOPS

• Programming of PI-AF (Plant Information Asset Framework) tool
• Creation of PI-AF (Plant Information Asset Framework) template
• Programming of the PI-AF (Plant Information Asset Framework) real Time analyses
• Preparation of the PI (Plant Information) Vision dashboard for data visualization
• Creation of the notification via PI-AF (Plant Information Asset Framework) for the monitoring of the facilities

• Creation of Power Bi reports with PI data if required
• Training of Field Operations personnel on PI-AF (Plant Information Asset Framework) , PI (Plant Information) Vision
• Issuance of a manual on the use of PI
• Liaise with IT, Telecom for PI
• Liaise with HQ for PI
• Troubleshoting PI
• Integration of all CPY tools with interface with PI
• Assistance for the deployment of Kaminho digital solutions

In order to achieve these objectives, he/she may use the following resources:

• Assistance of OT/DL experts,
• TEPA

Context and Environment The Project Group is a multi-disciplinary structure dedicated to the delivery of the project. Embedded in the clients  organization, it complies with headquarter processes in terms of methodology and governance. The project is operated through a Joint Venture with (40%) and (20%) under the terms of a Production Sharing Contract signed with the Angolan Concessionaire (ANPG)
The development consists of production by subsea wells to a spread moored FPSO (75 kbopd, 60 kbopd water injection, 330 MMscfd gas reinjection, oil tandem offloading) with a contextualized Technical Referential.
