We’re supporting a large-scale capital project currently moving into execution and building out its project controls team. This is a key hire responsible for managing the overall project schedule across a complex, multi-contractor environment.

The role You’ll take ownership of the integrated master schedule, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. This involves bringing together multiple contractor schedules, identifying risks early, and providing clear insight into project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the integrated master schedule across the full project lifecycle
  • Integrate schedules from multiple contractors into one cohesive, logic-driven plan
  • Review and challenge contractor schedules to ensure accuracy and feasibility
  • Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project delivery
  • Carry out schedule analysis, including performance tracking and forecasting
  • Run what-if scenarios and support schedule risk analysis
  • Provide clear reporting and updates to project leadership
  • Support construction sequencing, work packaging, and coordination across teams
  • Ensure alignment between schedule, cost, and overall project progress
What they’re looking for:

  • 10+ years of planning and scheduling experience on large capital projects
  • Experience working on projects valued at $1B+
  • Background in oil & gas, mining, infrastructure, or similar large-scale environments
  • Experience working across multiple contractors or EPC/EPCM structures
  • Strong Primavera P6 capability
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing and project delivery
  • Experience in remote or logistically complex environments is a plus
