Poste : Préparateur / Superviseur Travaux Industriels (Tuyauterie & Inspection)
Les travaux sont liés aux PIT (Plans d’Inspection et de Tests) et concernent essentiellement la tuyauterie et les prescriptions inspection (bacs, lignes, métallurgie)

Les travaux sont liés aux PIT (Plans d’Inspection et de Tests) et concernent essentiellement la tuyauterie et les prescriptions inspection (bacs, lignes, métallurgie)
🧰 Missions principales Préparation des travaux
- Relevés terrain, analyse des prescriptions inspection.
- Création des dossiers de préparation : gammes, modes opératoires, dossiers soudure, besoins matériaux.
- Rédaction de cahiers des charges et participation aux analyses de risques.
- Suivi des sous‑traitants sur travaux de tuyauterie, vannes, métallurgie.
- Supervision des opérations (platinage/déplatinage, remplacements, interventions sur bacs).
- Respect HSE, suivi avancement, reporting.
- Garantir l’exécution conforme aux prescriptions inspection.
- Gestion des documents de fin de travaux : CND, certificats, PV, mises à jour documentaires.
- Formation technique : tuyauterie, chaudronnerie, maintenance industrielle, CRCI.
- 3 à 7 ans d’expérience en préparation ou supervision de travaux industriels (raffinage, pétrochimie, chimie).
- Maîtrise de la tuyauterie, métallurgie et lecture PID/isométriques.
- Compétences en supervision, coordination et gestion sous‑traitants.
- Connaissance HSE site pétrochimique (permis de travail, ATEX, travaux en hauteur…).
- Outils appréciés : SAP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Pack Office.
