About the Role
As a Clinical Trial Investigator, you will play a key leadership role in the delivery of clinical studies, ensuring excellence in patient care and protocol compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and conducting clinical trials in accordance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and SOPs
- Performing protocol-specific assessments, including medical evaluations, lab interpretation, ECGs, and imaging review
- Obtaining informed consent and ensuring ongoing participant safety and engagement
- Providing oversight of study conduct, ensuring data integrity and patient wellbeing
- Collaborating with a network of Investigators and research staff across multiple sites
- Supporting continuous improvement and implementation of clinical best practices
- Working closely with site operations to ensure efficient and compliant study delivery
We are particularly interested in candidates who bring:
- Current or previous experience as a Principal Investigator or Sub-Investigator
- Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Medical Practitioner
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and clinical trial processes
- Experience in commercially sponsored trials (highly regarded)
- Confidence in managing study participants and complex protocols
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to high-quality research outcomes
