ABOUT YOU
• Experience operating within a processing or heavy industrial plant environment
• Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and clear communication
• Ability to remain composed and make sound decisions under pressure
• Competent with mobile equipment (e.g., FEL, Skid Steer, EWP, Forklift)
• Certifications such as Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry
THE JOB ROLE
• Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
• Conduct inspections, identify hazards, and report faults or breakdowns
• Support team activities including shift handovers, toolbox meetings, and training
• Maintain high housekeeping standards across all operational areas
• Assist in training others and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
