Job Title: Project Administrator – Turnaround Support
Location: Augusta, GA
Project Duration: 1 year+


Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support a major turnaround at a chemical facility. This role will provide critical administrative and logistical support to the turnaround leadership team, ensuring smooth coordination of project activities, documentation, reporting, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to turnaround leadership, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Track and maintain project documentation, reports, and communications.
  • Assist with onboarding and coordination of contractors and vendors.
  • Support timekeeping, cost tracking, and procurement documentation processes.
  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly reports, including progress updates and KPIs.
  • Maintain turnaround logs, rosters, and contact lists.
  • Coordinate logistics for site access, training, and safety compliance.
  • Interface with internal departments (procurement, safety, QA/QC, operations) to ensure alignment and timely information flow.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of administrative or project support experience in an industrial, construction, or turnaround environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Oracle systems for procurement, timekeeping, or project tracking.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI for generating dashboards and visual reports.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • TWIC card and site-specific safety training may be required.
Preferred:
  • Prior experience supporting large-scale turnarounds or capital projects.
  • Familiarity with industrial safety protocols and documentation.
