Project Controller Location: Houston, TX
Pay Range: 63.71 to 117.07 per hour
About the Role We are looking for an experienced Project Controller to support large scale Data Center construction projects. In this role, you will oversee planning, cost control, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting. You will work closely with engineering, supply chain, and construction teams to help keep projects on track and ensure decisions are backed by accurate data.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast paced environments, has a strong background in project controls, and is comfortable partnering with multiple stakeholders.

What You Will Do
- Maintain and manage cost, schedule, and progress baselines
- Track project performance and prepare regular reports and forecasts
- Identify risks, deviations, and issues early and support mitigation plans
- Coordinate closely with engineering and supply chain on deliverable timelines
- Oversee project change management processes
- Validate contractor progress and ensure reported data aligns with field conditions
- Support risk reviews and contingency planning
- Mentor and support project controls team members
- 18 plus years of project controls experience in large construction or industrial projects
- Strong background in cost control, planning, scheduling, and earned value management
- Experience leading or mentoring project control teams
- Experience with large scale data center projects is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, or a related field
- Certifications such as AACE CCP, PSP, or PMI SP are a plus
- Skilled in Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI
- Comfortable working onsite and partnering with field teams
- Willingness to travel between project sites as needed
