Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Houston, TX
Reports to: Manager
Pay Rate: $28

About the Role
Join a high‑profile team supporting capital project execution and field implementation of in‑line inspection (ILI/smart pigging), maintenance pigging, and chemical cleaning programs. You’ll coordinate resources, vendors, and training initiatives (incl. 4D deployment and LMS compliance), while driving safe, efficient field operations and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Core Responsibilities
  • Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety, environmental, and operational policies; model safety-first behaviors.
  • Field Coordination: Plan and execute ILI, maintenance pigging, and chemical cleaning activities; conduct preliminary facility inspections (launcher/receiver, scoping).
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate daily with Regional Operations, Gas Control, Pipe Integrity, Operations Planning, Commercial Operations, Land, Engineering, and vendors.
  • Contractor Oversight: Supervise and coordinate third‑party contractors in the field as needed.
  • Scheduling & Costs: Manage day‑to‑day scheduling, manpower planning, and daily cost tracking; maintain documentation and daily reporting.
  • Program/Tool Support: Support development, rollout, and management of the 4D Tool; maintain LMS training and compliance.
  • Resource Coordination: Assist CM&I resource coordination and vendor surveillance in collaboration with Supply Chain; provide commissioning support.
  • Quality & Procedures: Verify documentation/data, support procedure and contingency plan development; contribute technical analyses and recommendations.
  • Coaching & Mentoring: Provide in‑field coaching; mentor regional ILI Coordinators when needed.
  • Other Duties: Perform additional tasks aligned with program goals and project execution excellence.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 2–5 years of in‑field natural gas construction (pipeline preferred); progressive operations experience a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel (formatting & equations); solid computer literacy; gas handling and survey experience is an asset.
  • Coordination & Leadership: Strong project coordination, scheduling, and contractor oversight; excellent written/verbal communication; sound problem‑solving and decision‑making.
  • Safety Mindset: Demonstrated safety skills and attitude.
  • Credentials: Valid driver’s license with good driving record; willing to travel.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
  • Additional Assets: Industry experience or relevant Military MOS; ability to work virtually, self‑starter, team‑oriented.
