Position: Inspection Project Coordinator
Location: Charleston, WV
Duration: 2 Years | Schedule: Hybrid | Rate: $28-$30/hour

Overview
Reporting to the Manager, USGO Management In-line Inspection (ILI), this role is responsible for coordinating and planning field activities to safely implement in-line inspection (ILI/smart pigging), maintenance pigging, and chemical cleaning programs. Success in this position requires strong communication and collaboration with Regional Operations, Gas Control, Pipe Integrity, Operations Planning, Commercial Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Experience in pipeline design and construction preferred.
Knowledge of gas handling and survey processes; computer literacy is an asset.
Working Conditions
Based in Charleston, WV with travel across North America.
Must maintain a valid passport and be available for travel.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Willingness to work extended hours and in varying weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and oversee field implementation of ILI programs and related activities.
- Act as liaison between Regional Operations, Gas Control, Pipe Integrity, Operations Planning, Commercial Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders.
- Supervise and coordinate third-party contractors in the field as needed.
- Manage day-to-day scheduling and coordination with regional teams.
- Conduct technical analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
- Perform preliminary facility inspections to support program design and implementation (e.g., launcher/receiver installations, project scoping).
- Track daily costs and manpower schedules; maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Provide head office support and assist in procedure and contingency plan development.
- Identify and implement training requirements for ILI project coordination.
- Mentor regional ILI coordinators as required.
Qualifications

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
