Job Title: Project Management Specialist I – Document Management
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Contract: 12 months
Pay: $18–$22/hr
Start Date: ASAP
Work Setup:

Office-based with hybrid flexibility.
40 hrs/week, no travel required.


About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Management Specialist to join our Project Operations team. This role focuses on document management and financial processes to support ongoing projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate billing, compliance, and smooth operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Generate and send customer invoices accurately and on time.
  • Utilize ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) for financial transactions and reporting.
  • Maintain documentation integrity and compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Support project operations with administrative and financial tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Essential:
  • Minimum 2 years of ERP experience (SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong knowledge of AP & AR processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
  • Strong work ethic, confident, and proactive.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Familiarity with project operations or document management best practices.
