For our Client, a company delivering prestigious projects in the premium real estate investment segment, we are conducting recruitment for the position of Project Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the investment process—from the concept stage, through construction and fit-out, to final handover and warranty service—ensuring control over the schedule, budget, documentation, and compliance with applicable regulations.

Scope of Responsibilities:
  • Comprehensive management of the investment process from the concept stage through to commissioning and handover of the facility.
  • Oversight of project execution with regard to quality, timelines, budget, and compliance with documentation and legal regulations.
  • Coordination of the work of the project team, consultants, and subcontractors across all disciplines.
  • Representing the company before public authorities and obtaining the required decisions and permits.
  • Participation in tender procedures and negotiations with contractors.
  • Monitoring the project budget, schedule, and risks, as well as ongoing progress reporting.
  • Managing communication, design changes, and relationships with stakeholders.
  • Conducting project handovers and supervising the warranty period.
Requirements: 
  • University degree in a technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing investment projects.
  • Proven experience in delivering projects from the conceptual phase through execution and final acceptance.
  • Practical experience in organizing tenders and negotiating with contractors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Good command of MS Office and MS Project (AutoCAD is an asset).
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
  • Willingness to travel on business and work outside Poland.
