This leading mining company need an accomplished Project Manager to lead projects in a digital transformation program centred on autonomous haul trucks and associated hardware/software. This role drives delivery of complex technology projects that improve safety, productivity and fleet performance across a large operational environment.

About the Role
You’ll lead medium–large project teams, manage integrated delivery plans, and ensure successful execution of multiple digital and mobile equipment initiatives. The position suits a PM comfortable balancing technical detail, stakeholder expectations and structured project controls.  This is a contract role based in Perth CBD buit there may be some occasional travel.  There is some WFH flexibility and you will be exposed to exciting projects working with some very experinced teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver large-scale, complex projects from planning to handover, including schedules, charters and scope baselines.
  • Manage risks, dependencies and data quality across all project systems.
  • Provide clear communication to business sponsors, including status updates and success metrics.
  • Build and coach project teams, fostering a collaborative, inclusive and safety‑focused culture.
  • Ensure governance, methodology compliance and high‑quality execution across all workstreams.
What You Bring
  • PM qualifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Diploma/Cert PM or equivalent).
  • Experience delivering complex technology or mobile plant projects.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead teams in dynamic, technical environments and drive consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
