About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong electrical expertise to support a major port infrastructure project in Anchorage, Alaska. This role will oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensure adherence to project specifications, and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong electrical expertise to support a major port infrastructure project in Anchorage, Alaska. This role will oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensure adherence to project specifications, and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide construction oversight across all electrical and general construction activities.
- Conduct daily site inspections to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and progress tracking.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, including updates on schedule, workforce, materials, and potential risks.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project owners to maintain workflow efficiency and resolve issues.
- Monitor compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory standards.
- Support scheduling, forecasting, and documentation requirements as needed.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical construction or electrical project management.
- Proven ability to manage field operations on large industrial, maritime, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and construction sequencing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work full‑time and onsite in Anchorage, Alaska.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with port, marine, or heavy civil projects.
- Prior experience in owner’s‑rep or construction oversight roles.
- Familiarity with documentation tools (e.g., Procore, CMiC, or equivalent).
