About the role For a major offshore project, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Purchaser to manage procurement activities for assigned goods and services packages within an EPC environment. You will handle the full procurement process from requisition to purchase order close-out, working closely with project and internal stakeholders.

You will handle the full procurement process from requisition to purchase order close-out, working closely with project and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Execute procurement activities for assigned EPC project packages
- Manage PRs, RFQs, commercial evaluations, tender approvals, and PO creation
- Ensure supplier pre-qualification and qualification in line with company standards
- Lead bid clarification meetings with suppliers
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and contractual terms
- Monitor procurement progress and contribute to project reporting
- Assess commercial and schedule impact of post-award changes
- Review supplier invoices against purchase orders and completion status
- Support dispute resolution and procurement close-out activities
- 10+ years of relevant procurement experience in offshore EPC projects
- Experience with complex project procurement scopes
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with FPSO conversion projects is a plus
- Based in the Netherlands
- Available on payroll only; no freelance / self-employed candidates
