Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Manager to oversee construction quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This role ensures all work meets engineering standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage the project’s Quality Management System, including inspection protocols and corrective actions.
- Develop and enforce quality standards for civil works, PV module installation, inverters, racking, and electrical systems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits; manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with EPC contractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain compliance with project specifications.
- Provide quality oversight during commissioning and turnover phases.
- Prepare and present quality reports to project leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) required.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management for large-scale energy or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, ISO 9001, CAPA processes, and root-cause analysis.
- Familiarity with utility-scale solar construction, including foundations, modules, inverters, and cabling.
- Proven ability to manage quality documentation, audits, NCRs, and corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and compliance standards.
