QA/QC Engineer / Quality Manager (Construction Site) (m/w/d)

Für ein Industrieprojekt im Großraum Dresden werden mehrere Anlagen im Bereich Luftzerlegung und Wasserstoffproduktion errichtet. Für die Bauphase wird ein QA/QC Spezialist gesucht, der für die Umsetzung und Überwachung aller Qualitätsprozesse auf der Baustelle verantwortlich ist.

Hauptaufgaben

• Umsetzung aller QA/QC-Pläne, Verfahren und Projektanforderungen
  
  
• Entwicklung und Pflege eines standortspezifischen QA/QC-Plans sowie Field Quality Procedures
  
  
• Durchführung von Field Inspections und Audits auf der Baustelle
  
  
• Bearbeitung von Non-Conformances (NCR) inkl. Corrective & Preventive Actions
  
  
• Bewertung von Qualitätsabweichungen bei Subunternehmern
  
  
• Vorbereitung und Übergabe der QA/QC-Dokumentation zur Mechanical Completion
  
  
• Koordination von Supplier Qualification und Supplier Performance Evaluations
  
  
• Zusammenarbeit mit Procurement / Category Buyers im Bereich Supplier Quality
  
  

Anforderungen

• Erfahrung im QA/QC auf Baustellen in den Bereichen:
  
  
  • Oil & Gas
    
    
  • Petrochemical
    
    
  • Industrial Construction
    
    
• Erfahrung mit QA/QC-Dokumentation und Mechanical Completion
  
  
• SCC / VCA Zertifikat (Pflicht)
  
  
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  
  
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Kommunikationsstärke.
