Duration: 12 months (renewable)

Duration: 12 months (renewable)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all QA/QC activities related to pipeline installation and line pipe procurement within a major onshore Oil & Gas project.
- Act as the client‑side / operator QA/QC focal point for the Pipelines Installation EPC Package.
- Ensure full compliance with Project Quality Management Systems, applicable codes, standards, and contractual requirements.
- Review, approve, and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for EPC Contractors, Sub‑contractors, and Vendors.
- Coordinate and oversee contractor and vendor inspection and surveillance activities, including third‑party inspections.
- Manage and follow up on NCRs, deviations, and concessions, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate closely with discipline SMEs including Welding, NDE, Coating, Inspection, Engineering, and Package teams.
- Lead and support quality audits, compliance assessments, and quality performance reviews.
- Contribute to quality KPI dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Interface effectively with EPC Contractors, Vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across project phases.
- Pipeline systems:
Line pipe, bends, valves, and onshore pipeline installation activities - Welding:
- Management of Welding Procedure Qualification (WPS / PQR / WPQ) campaigns conducted by EPC Contractors
- Oversight of Welder Qualification Tests (WQT)
- NDE:
- Management and qualification of AUT (Automatic Ultrasonic Testing)
- Oversight of additional NDE methods (UT, RT, MT, PT) Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (Diploma in Quality is an advantage).
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in QA/QC within major onshore Oil & Gas projects.
- Proven hands‑on experience in pipeline construction and installation QA/QC.
- Strong background working client‑side / operator‑side, or in close interface with operators.
- Prior experience with international oil & gas operators
- Middle East project experience preferred; Iraq experience is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
