Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and safety teams to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
- Perform internal audits and support external audits and inspections.
- Analyse quality data and generate reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within the chemical, gas, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and other quality management systems.
- Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Minitab.
- Excellent analytic, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
- Experience with regulatory compliance in hazardous materials or gas handling.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and digital quality management platforms.
