Quality Lead

Purpose/Responsibilities:

• Provide leadership to drive the implementation of engineering, procurement, and site quality systems.
• Provides quality assurance and quality control technical expertise to ensure that services, equipment and materials supplied to the Project meet contract, purchase order, specification and statutory requirements.
• Evaluate and monitor implementation of Contractor's quality management systems and drives improvement to close deficiencies in performance.
• Oversee the development and implementation of Project specific Surveillance Plans and Procedures.
• Monitors metrics to identify, investigate and resolve quality issues.
• Provides direction/oversight to discipline inspectors and support to the Project Team as it relates to quality issues.
• Promote Quality awareness throughout the project

Preferred Experience:

• Strong understanding of construction and procurement quality processes.
• Collaborates closely with the Construction Manager.
• Experience using Hexagon Smart Completions, specifically on the preservation side, including handling equipment slated for repurposing.
• Technical exposure to flowlines, pipelines, compressors, and dehydration units.
• Involved with a compressor station being tied into a well.
