Quality Management Engineer - Quality Assurance Services

Position: Quality Management Engineer -Quality Assurance Services 
Location: Europe based with business trips in Europe 
Start Date: March 2026 
Status: Contract
Duration: 12 month Renewable Contract 

Key Responsibilities

• Request and review vendor documents prior to assessment; communicate comments to AOC QMD.
• Understand scope and commodity under assessment.
• Plan, prepare, and distribute assessment agenda per AOC QMD template.
• Perform on-site assessments of vendor Quality Management Systems for compliance with ISO 9001:2015, Aramco specifications, and other standards (e.g., API 5L).
• Recommend approval status to AOC QMD management (confidential).
• Support AOC Quality Assessor during shop tours and assessments (in-person or remote).
• Prepare Supplier Acknowledgement Form and obtain signature within one working day.
• Issue Corrective Action Status Log within two working days.
• Follow up on findings via CAR Log until resolution, including review of corrective actions and evidence.
• Prepare Assessment Package per AOC QMD template (confidential).
• Conduct desk reviews when requested and prepare packages.
• Process reports and follow up on Supplier Evaluation Workflows in SAP/MAP.

Required Qualifications and Experience 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in quality assurance.
• Auditor training on ISO 9001 from IRCA-recognized institute.
• IRCA Lead Auditor registration preferred.
• Proven experience auditing ISO 9001:2015 / API Q1.
• Knowledge of design, manufacturing, and testing activities.
• Familiarity with key commodities: Mechanical (Static, Valve, Pump, Compressor), Electrical (Motor, Generator), Skid, Instrumentation.
• Highly desirable: familiarity with Aramco specifications and international standards (API, NACE, ASME, ISO).
• Ability to travel extensively across Europe.
