Position: Recruitment Coordinator
Location: Paris, France
Duration: 12 months renewable
Start date: February 2026

Key Activities

Recruitment activities:
• Ensure the validity of requirements with the HR team (workforce planning)
• Liaise with management to validate mobilization dates and candidate profiles
• Receive candidates’ CVs and conduct initial screening
• Discuss selected candidates with management and initiate the interview process
• Notify final selection
• Ensure onboarding and monitoring in collaboration with HR and relevant entities, ensuring contractual compliance and quality of service
• Update HR and procurement reporting tools (tracking files, KPI, C&P tool), ensuring data reliability and compliance

Vendor services activities in coordination with C&P:
• Learn and master the new C&P tool (VMS) and ensure its effective use for the contractor recruitment processes
• Oversee the contractor recruitment process using the TGP tool, including creating service descriptions, submitting
candidate profiles, validating final selections, coordinating onboarding, and generating reports

Context and environment
Collaborate with various stakeholders, candidates, agencies, and hiring managers to meet recruitment deadlines.
Must adhere to recruitment plan deadlines to ensure project timelines are achieved.

• Execute the recruitment plan
• Organize and file recruitment documents
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the recruitment process

Qualifications/Experience required
• Relevant university degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, or Procurement
• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in Human resources, recruitment, onboarding, service procurement or contract management
• Proficiency in office tools and C&P management systems (ERP, VMS)
• Professional English required
• Prior onboarding experience strongly preferred; experience in facilitation and/or training preferred
• Oil and gas industry experience preferred
