Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead product promotion and business development activities in the assigned territory, covering Thailand.
- Manage and develop channel partners, taking full ownership of assigned regions and driving sustainable growth through collaborative, win–win partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities aligned with regional and organizational sales strategies.
- Deliver assigned sales targets by country, channel partner, and product portfolio; develop and execute contingency plans when challenges arise.
- Drive value-added selling initiatives, moving beyond transactional sales to solution-based approaches.
- Analyze competitors and alternative technologies, developing effective strategies to grow market share.
- Identify, onboard, and develop new channel partners to address uncovered geographic and business opportunities.
- Communicate sales leads, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence internally to support timely and effective responses to market changes.
- Develop and manage annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans to ensure performance targets are met.
- Stay current on regulatory, technological, economic, competitive, and market trends relevant to the assigned territory.
- Monitor distributor performance, set clear expectations, coach partners to improve effectiveness, and address performance gaps proactively.
- Support “Voice of the Customer” initiatives to help identify new product and market opportunities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned on an ad-hoc basis.
- Minimum 6+ years of sales experience in industrial or fluid-handling equipment; experience with pumps is an advantage.
- At least 3+ years in a managerial role, including distributor or channel partner management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and communicate plans, progress, and results effectively.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
