Key Requirements and Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
  • Strong communication skills in both English and local languages.
  • Strong ability to plan sales strategies, manage KPIs, and resolve problems effectively.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain industrial tools and engineering applications.
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations and provide pre‑sales/after‑sales support.
Experience
  • Prior experience in industrial tools, technical equipment, or solution-based sales.
  • Background working with infrastructure projects is highly valued.
  • Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, or dealer networks.
  • Familiarity with engineering or project cycles, particularly within large-scale infrastructure environments.
Other Requirements
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to attend regional trainings or meetings when required.
